RETURN POLICY

For return inquiries, kindly reach out to us by emailing info@bugose.com.

In your email, please include:

1- The order ID and the date it was placed;

2- An inventory of the products you wish to send back;

3- Photographic evidence of the items you intend to return.



Return Guidelines:

Conditions:

a) Return applications must be made no later than 30 days from the date your order was originally delivered.

b) Items should be returned in their initial packaging and must be in an unaltered, unused state. Visual proof of the item's condition prior to shipping is required for refunds.

c) Our money-back assurance is not applicable to discounted or specially ordered items.

d) After receipt and validation that all conditions for refund are satisfied, we will issue your refund, less any relevant fees.

e) Failure to provide photographs of the items and their current condition will result in a rejected return request.



Costs of Returns:

A restocking charge of 20% will be subtracted from all refunds.


  • Shipping fees are contingent on the delivery method. We can organize the shipping but shipping fee will be deducted. You can also organize the shipping.



Flooring Product Guidelines:

Conditions:

a) Complete orders must be returned. We do not offer partial refunds for flooring or bulk orders.


Return Costs:

For returns involving flooring or pallet orders, a 20% restocking fee plus any related return shipping costs will be subtracted from the total refund. Bugose and its partners will manage the logistics for pick-up and return shipment. A detailed quote for these services will be provided once your return is arranged.
